Heart Air Balloon 5K Race
Race Information:
Thank you for joining us for the 2017 Heart Air Balloon race! Congratulations to all of our finishers. Race results can be viewed at www.joinFAR.org.www.joinFAR.org.
Rise and shine: It's 5K time! Get up nice and early and join us for the third annual Create Cañon City Heart Air Balloon 5K! Run along the Greenhorn Trail of the Hogbacks Open Space Park and join Skyline Drive as the sun comes up and the hot air balloons rise over the city of Cañon City! Please note that this is challenging course due to significant elevation gain. Walkers are welcome.

March 10-April 14: $20 for individuals / $17.50 for team members April 15-May 24: $25 for individuals / $22.50 for team members May 12: Last day to register to secure your tee size May 26 (Packet Pickup): $30 for individuals / $27.50 for team members May 27 (Morning of race): $30 for individuals / $27.50 for team members
Please note that there will be NO DAY-OF REGISTRATION. Register online before May 24, or at Packet Pickup at the Winery at Holy Cross Abbey from 5:30-7:30 pm.

| Awards | Awards will be given to the first-place winners in each age group: Under 15, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ Additional awards are given to: Youngest Finisher Oldest Finisher Furthest to Travel from Outside of Cañon City A team trophy will also be awarded to the Business Team (see information below) with the lowest combined time. Individual awards will also be given to each team member. |
